MORNING MANNA July 22, 2024
When Your Hope Has Been Restored, And healing Is manifested.
“My soul, wait thou only upon God; For my expectation is from him.” (Psa. 62:5). Every now and then, we need to be refreshed and encouraged. “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.” (Romans 15:13) Jesus spoke to my heart recently and said, “Some people, their hearts are sick from disappointment, and they don’t believe anymore; they’ve stopped hoping.” Then He said, “I know how to heal hearts that hurt, so they can start believing and receiving.” When your hope has been shattered, or it has been challenged, you become a “thinker.” And most of the time you think out of the flesh. Prayer is a far distance thing, reading God’s word is obsolete, and worshipping the Lord is ineffective. But if you were to consider the promises He has made in His word and believe God to restore your strength, that you mount up on wings like an eagle. “Therefore, I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.” (Micah 7:7) The wait is worth it because life is restored to your broken bones. PRAYER POINTS: Holy Spirit, help me to set my hope anew on God, remembering His glorious miracles and obeying His commands. Father, I shall keep hope alive, based on Your Word that cannot fail. In Jesus' name, I shall be joyful because I have hope. This should be your focus and state of mind that conceives the word, making the heart believe as you pray for your healing. “For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for it? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Likewise, the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” (Romans 8:24-26). I truly believe that the Holy Spirit is bringing you to recognize that your hope is restored in you. “And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.” (1 Cor. 13:13) Listen to the Holy Spirit. You have survived this far by faith. Though there were some rocky moments you held on to your faith in God. Right now, God is saying 'trust Me for your last hurdle, cross the finish line, and be healed. All of your appointed time wait until your change comes! Don’t look at the wounds, look at the confidence you once had in God and stand on that. “Behold, the Lord GOD will come with a strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.” (Isaiah 40:10). You need the Lord to move quickly because your hope has been restored. WHY? BECAUSE I BELIEVE GOD!!!
