“Dreams of Restoration Manifested in Life”

Genesis 32:24-30 - And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. 25  And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. 26  And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. 27  And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. 28  And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.  And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there. 30  And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.”

It is amazing this year, that the Holy Ghost has enlightened me on restoration, and given me revelation through dreams. The assignment of  “restoration” has completely overwhelmed me with these dreams. I have been seeking the Lord for interpretation, that I might walk accordingly. Knowing how the enemy uses people to disguise his attacks, I would say that it is vital for the believer to know that we can defeat the enemy and uncover his vicious acts. Therefore, knowing that God has given you a sign of restoration while in your storm, in your pit, in your bondage, is gratifying. (While Joseph was in jail, while Paul was in jail, God still spoke to them.) When you can boldly look the enemy in the face and say to him,  ‘I know what you are doing in the dark. My God shall give me victory over you today!’  (NO weapon). The bottom line is that the enemy doesn’t receive from the Lord too good: St. Matthews 27:19  “When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.”

Often times we dream of various scenarios throughout the night that surround our lives as well as the lives of others. The thing that one must be aware of is  knowing what is the Lord speaking to you? Who does this dream really address? Am I to tell others of this dream? What does each symbol and person represent in my dream? Will the Lord manifest something concerning this dream in my life? We do know that “dreams” are a part of the language of the Holy Spirit, likewise visions and similitude’s {similarity, likeness, resemblance}.  Joel 2:28  “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.”

The Holy Spirit would have me to bring revelation of images in our dreams that are familiar to the person dreaming. Take a quick look at Samuel; a young boy, first time hearing  the voice of God. God used the voice of Eli that was familiar to Samuel to call him the first time. In dreams, God will use the characteristics, personalities, likeness, voice and familiar settings to speak to us.

POINT: As a person of human nature, we are custom to things that operate in nature that we are taught. Often times we forget that some things taught to us were wrong, evil and sinful.  BE A FRUIT INSPECTOR!  In the last day the Lord will call ALL to stand before Him and believe me He knows who is His. Follow righteousness. St. Matthews 7:15-20  “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19  Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.”

The Lord our God speaks to us audibly, through His servants, the written word, through the Spirit (Rhema word), impressions (be careful with this, know the voice of God). God  makes all things known to those who He speaks to clarifying and confirming His message is truth.

· Numbers 12:4-8  “And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out. 5  And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth. 6  And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream. 7  My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. 8  With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?  (Not only Moses heard the Lord speak, but God called Aaron and Miriam to hear the same thing He was to speak to Moses)

 · St. Matthews 3:16-17  “And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17  And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

· St. Matthews 17:1-8 “ And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, 2  And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. 3  And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him. 4  Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. 5  While he out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him. 6  And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid. 7  And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid. 8  And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.” (God wanted Peter, James and John to hear and see the glory of God. God will have other people see you doing wrong to report the sin to others).

“What I’m Seeing, Is What I Know! God Doesn’t Lie”

No one can hide anything from God! Surely, one can fool others through deception and lies but God sees all things, the word tells us in Proverbs 15:3  “The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.” God can bring rebuke through His servants operating in the Spirit or make the individual aware of the consequences they will face if there is no repentance. The Bible says that God gave Jezebel space and time to repent.

1. The fire of the Holy Ghost can administer in two noticeable ways:

· To release a higher anointing that one might operate in the Spirit with precision, accuracy and clarity. Jeremiah 20:7-9

· To burn up, destroy through the anger and judgment of God. Job 4:9

The warnings of God are clear, and they are meant to restore fellowship. The major problem with people that tries to deceive others is they constantly use trickery, thinking it gives them power over the recipient.

Prophetically Given, Prophetically Confirmed

Psalms 62:11  “God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.” Psalms 63:6 “When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches. 7 Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.” Job 7:13 “When I say, My bed shall comfort me, my couch shall ease my complaint; 14 Then thou scarest me with dreams, and terrifiest me through visions.”  Daniel 4:1-18 “Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you. 2 I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high God hath wrought toward me. 3 How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation. 4 I Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and flourishing in my palace: 5 I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me. 6 Therefore made I a decree to bring in all the wise men of Babylon before me, that they might make known unto me the interpretation of the dream. 7 Then came in the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers: and I told the dream before them; but they did not make known unto me the interpretation thereof. 8 But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying, 9 O Belteshazzar, master of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee, and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof. 10 Thus were the visions of mine head in my bed; I saw, and behold a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great. 11 The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth: 12 The leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all flesh was fed of it. 13 I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven; 14 He cried aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit: let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches: 15 Nevertheless leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth: 16 Let his heart be changed from man's, and let a beast's heart be given unto him; and let seven times pass over him. 17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men. 18 This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation: but thou art able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in thee.”
